Communication is essential to executing effectively, everyone must stay up to date on changes as we go through the timeline.

The team worked closely with the Southern Exchange Ballroom’s experienced professionals, ensuring every detail was attended to. From coordinating logistics and timelines to addressing technical requirements, the coordination between our team and the venue staff was seamless. For Ambre and Flemming’s lavish day, our team worked closely with the amazing team of B Worley Productions to flip the room, set tables, communicate lighting needs with venue staff, and much more! This coordination allowed the couple to relax and enjoy their day, knowing that every aspect was being expertly handled. After every ceremony, the team makes sure that the marriage license is signed by the officiant and held in a safe place with the couple’s personal items.

Throughout Ambre and Flemming’s wedding day, our team members act as friendly and knowledgeable liaisons, readily available to assist guests with their needs. Our team made sure all personal items and mementos were delivered to the couples’ hotel suite and that the room was refreshed before their arrival. From troubleshooting unforeseen challenges to coordinating with vendors and venue staff, we were the glue that held everything together.
