All black, everything! Besides the bridal gown, of course. We will never forget when Aramis and Candace said this at their first meeting. They were adamant on a sleek, chic, formal black-tie event for their celebration.  All guests were instructed to wear black, no exemption.    Even all the bridesmaids were fitted into gorgeous black gowns.   Aramis and Candance wanted to make sure people were having a good time and they customized the bar to fit their crowd.   Another important factor for them was “timing” and not running behind schedule- “that made our hearts sing”.  Staying on time is a crucial task as that is what planning is for. 

To carry out the luxurious black theme we partnered with Tinted Event Design & Production.   The ceremony and reception was hosted at Ashton Gardens, a venue located 35 miles north of Atlanta that has a beautiful wedding chapel and a separate ballroom.   Jacqueline the Founder & Lead Designer is a master at creating visual experiences for guests from ceremony to reception.    For the ceremony, the decor was classic with tall altar floral arrangements in white,  a beautiful contrast to the bridal party who was in all black.    After the ceremony guests transition into the ballroom where Tinted created a rich tablescape with black linens, black vessels, black charges, candles all filled with white flowers.   The star of the ballroom was the 24ft headtable that was dressed with a black sequin linen, black charger plates and floating black candles to add to the ambiance.  For a pop of color, the bride carried a deep red rose bouquet that was added to the headtable!  Nice added touch!!

We love seeing guests on the dancefloor all night and DJ Nutty had it packed all night.  He played a variety o of sounds, which gave all guests a time on the dancefloor.   When Aramis and Candace first got engaged they knew that the only photographer they want to work with was Fola from the engagement session to the wedding day.  Fotos by Fola captured all the love and the beauty that was in the air on that September night.  Formal with a twist of luxury-chic is what Aramis and Candace embodied on their wedding day. Our wishes for the couple is that they continue to luxuriously love each other and celebrate everyday!
